During my senior year of high school, I decided that I wanted to pursue funeral service as a career. All I had to do was pick a college. With all the research I did on the different colleges and programs offered throughout Canada, I picked Keyin College in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland for a variety of reasons: location, curriculum, and hands-on training. After my graduation in 2015, I have to say that I was far from disappointed. All the staff there are extremely helpful, and I received an amazing education that really helped to prepare me for a career in the funeral service industry. I am now working as an apprentice with Arbor Memorial in Edmonton, Alberta, and thanks to my excellent education and training at Keyin College, I have already started making a name for myself as an up-and-coming decedent care specialist. Keyin College does an exemplary job of taking care of its students and preparing them to join the workforce.
