About Us
A Message From Our Founder
DEDICATED TO the sick children and their families throughout Newfoundland and Labrador
As a mother and grandmother, I am all too aware of the challenges of raising healthy children and the stress and concerns of coping with their illnesses. I truly love children so the decision to encourage our Keyin College family to support Ronald McDonald House in our province was an easy one.
When we celebrated our 25th Anniversary, we raised $25,000 for Cystic Fibrosis and The Children’s Wish foundation. To celebrate our 30th Anniversary, Keyin staff and students have dedicated their time and resources to help financially support the building of Ronald McDonald House and to volunteer their services when the House is completed. I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your commitment and would like to say a special thank you to Ronald McDonald House for allowing us to be a part of such an amazing project.
For those of you considering becoming a student at Keyin College, I welcome you to the Keyin Family and look forward to the day when you graduate and join the workforce in our beautiful Province. As you nurture your careers, please leave a little space in your heart to help us continue our support of Ronald McDonald House.
Sincerely,
Gwen Tucker

Mission Statement
The Keyin College team of faculty and staff is committed to being a leading independent educator by continuing to deliver superior industry driven programs in a comfortable learning environment.
The Keyin Philosophy
Keyin College strives to design its programs so that each student receives industry-driven training and to ensure that students are equipped with both the practical and academic skills necessary to enter the workforce.
Our Student Work Term Placement Program enhances the education received at Keyin, by reinforcing and applying the skills that students have acquired during their academic programs.
In addition, the low student/instructor ratio, as well as a one-to-one student/equipment ratio, allows for more individualized attention.
The History of Keyin College
Keyin College began training on March 17, 1980 and rapidly became a leading private post-secondary college with campuses throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
Keyin's curriculum is designed to offer skills training that prepares its students for the demands of today's competitive marketplace.
With such a focus, it is easy to see why Keyin College has been producing graduates who are prepared to meet the demands and challenges of the ever-changing business world for the past thirty years.
Keyin College is proudly celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2010. As Keyin College has always prided themselves in being a close part of the communities in which they reside, the students and staff set a goal to raise $30,000.00 in support of The Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador. Working together through various fundraising activities province wide this goal will be achieved!
If you want to be part of an organization where exceptional things have been happening for more than 30 years, look no further. Our dedication to student success is paramount. We are proud to have graduated over 30,000 students, offering quality programs that have impacted individuals, families, and communities in outstanding ways.
